Herlene Nicole Budol or more popularly known as “Hipon Girl,” is now a regular host of the afternoon game show “Wowowin.”
Recently, Hipon Girl shares her first flying experience abroad and her first riding the private plane of the host Willie Revillame.
After staying in the show for just a short period of time, she had the chance to go outside the country along with the other staff and co-hosts of Wowowin as Willie took them with him last July 28, for the contract signing of his new mobile app called ‘Wil to Play’ in Singapore.
In a recent interview, Herlene shares how happy she was for her first flight experience abroad.
The 19-year-old Wowowin co-host said that she had many first experiences with the show, including this first time experience to board an airplane.
“Actually, lahat ng first time ko, sa Wowowin ko na-experience. Maraming first time, kagaya sa eroplano,” she shared
She went on to share that this experience was indeed fun and memorable as she only got to ride jeepneys or buses in the past.
“Dati sa tricycle lang ang sinasakyan ko, saka mga jeep, pedicab. Ngayon, naka-airplane na ako, private airplane,” Harlene added.
The famous ‘Hipon Girl’ added that even if it was her first time to ride an airplane, she didn’t feel nervous at all during the whole trip.
“Hindi naman ako kabado. Ano lang, chill lang. Tamang nag-o-observe kung anong meron. Kung anong kakaiba dun sa eroplano.Parang nasagasaan namin yung mga ulap. Basta, kulay puti lang ‘tapos nakikita ko na yung mga bahay mula sa itaas,” she said.
Aside from the private plane experienced, Herlene also shared another fun and memorable experience where Willie treated her to a shopping spree in Singapore because she wasn’t able to bring high-heeled shoes for the contract signing event.
Hipon Girl got discovered when she joined as one of the contestants for the popular segment of Wowowin, called “Wil of Fortune” in May 2019. She caught the attention of Willie and the viewers with her funny and “squammy” attitude.
Since then, Herlene has been dubbed as the “Hipon Girl” because of her lean and sexy figure. She later returned to Wowowin as one of the co-hosts along with Almira Teng and Elaine Timbol.
