Boxing champ Emmanuel ‘Manny’ Pacquiao is one of those people known for their rags-to-riches life story. He was undeniably known as a great boxer not just here in the Philippines but as well as the whole world.
Today, he is one of those politicians who are considered as the richest people who are engaged in politics. Being one of the world’s richest athletes, Sen. Manny and wife Jinkee have already made several real estate investments here and abroad.
Here are some of his jaw-dropping mansions here and abroad:
1. Beverly Hill Mansion
This mansion is located in the exclusive gated community called Summit Circle. The 7-bedroom, 8-bath mansion has a shiny, bright interior with beautiful backyard views overlooking Beverly Hills. Manny bought the Beverly Hills mansion for $12.5 million.
Another report said that he also gave the seller 4 tickets to his fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr. Tickets are priced as high as $7,500. The house is fully-equipped with home theater, beautiful back patio with a pool and lounge area.
2. Los Angeles Two-Storey Home
He owns this real estate property in California. This Spanish-type architectural wonder somehow appealed to Manny even with the vintage-looking exteriors. However, Pacquiao’s California home interiors consist of monochromatic furniture with bold accents of color.
3. General Santos White House
Manny’s well-known “White House”, This is said to be Manny’s biggest real estate investment here in the Philippines. It’s located inside a compound housing with his luxury cars, a covered court, swimming pool, and play area, among many more.
4. First Mansion in GenSan
According to some rumors, this is their first mansion before the White House. His wife Jinkee Pacquiao shared last year some of the photos of their first mansion located in Lagao Village, Gensan.
5. Sarangani Beach House
This modern-looking property is within a protected marine sanctuary, hence the access to transportation is limited. The 14-bedroom beach house was built on a seaside lot in Tuka Beach, Sarangani Province.
6. Forbes Park
Manny’s elegant mansion was located in a private subdivision in Forbes Park, Makati City. According to him, this house symbolizes his new life. The mansion was bought in 2011 after he and his wife Jinkee overcome a rough patch in their marriage. This also serves as his peace offering to his wife.
7. Luxurious Mansion in Dasmarinas Village, Makati City
This new mansion is located near his other property in Forbes Park. In a YouTube video uploaded, Manny’s family gave a short tour of their new property. You will see in the video that the place is still bare but it features glass walls, wooden floors, a pool, several rooms, and a rooftop viewing deck.
This spacious mansion has a modern architectural design. Manny bought this after his victory from his fight with Argentine boxer Lucas Matthysse.
8. Laguna House And Lot
Manny and his wife decided to buy a house and lot for sale in Laguna as their two boys go to an international school located near the said house.
9. Under Construction House

Last year, the couple shared some photos of their new house which is still under construction. But, the location of the said house is still unknown.
Growing up, Manny shared that his family of seven lived in a cardboard box. Most of the time he would sacrifice school to work in order to help his mother to provide their needs. That is why, to this day, Manny gives back to the less fortunate.
In 2016, Sen. Manny Pacquiao paid out of pocket for 1,000 homes to be built to help out underprivileged families in his hometown.
