The metal detector is an electronic instrument that detects metal hidden within objects or metal objects that is buried underground. It is fun and exciting to use to find wonderful things, and it is also one of the hottest trends to people at the moment.
One such wonderful experience of metal detecting is from a guy who found a treasure in a forest that could end up in museums.
According to the unknown guy, they were metal detecting in a nearby forest when they suddenly found something they didn’t expect to find.
The treasure which they found buried in the forest is a World War Two Motorcycle, and it is estimated about 80 years old. Even though some amateur metal detector enthusiast finds only car scraps, this guy found a whole motorcycle bike! That’s like a major jackpot compared to the random scraps they usually find.
The unknown guy and his fellowmen didn’t know when, why and who owns it before it was buried underground.
The said Motorcycle was studied on what type of motorcycle it was and later on found out that maybe its a Red October L-300 motorbike or the original DKW Luxus 300 where the Russian got their inspiration.
As was seen in the photos, the motorbike seems to be in good condition and can still take you to places. Imagine how cool it would look, driving a vintage motorbike.
It would be such a head-turner. However, in the final photo, it showed that it was finally restored and looks like it was possibly displayed in museums.
Life is full of surprises and finding something wonderful like this motorcycle with a metal detector is truly phenomenal.
Imagine how much do a metal detectors cost versus the money he could have. But still, thanks to this lucky guy, we’ve discovered part of our history that was forgotten for decades.
