Former Actress Vanessa Del Bianco’s Life Now, After She Left Showbiz
Vanessa Del Bianco is a Filipino-Italian who was born and raised in Canada. This beautiful lady found her way to the local entertainment industry when she won the 1996 Faces Asia-Canada beauty queen. Aside from that, she was also a finalist in a Model Search in America.
With her potential, talent and unique mixed beauty, Vanessa was able to join ABS-CBN`s Star Circle Batch 4. Her first stint as an actress was in the 1996 youth-oriented show “Gimik” and other teleseryes in the same network.
The former actress was among the celebrities in the late ’90s with a steady career and active commercial deals.
In 1998, Vanessa became a mainstay host of the now-defunct noontime TV show “Magandang Tanghali Bayan (MTB) and showcased her dancing skills. Her stay in this noontime show paved the way for her romance with fellow host and actor John Estrada.
But just like any other celebrities who are now out of the limelight, Vanessa’s name faced controversy after she was rumored to have a romantic relationship with John, who was still married to his ex-wife Janice de Belen then.
After a few years of enjoying a steady career, her stardom started to disappear as the noontime show “MTB” ended.
The former actress then decided to go back to Canada to pursue her studies which she said in an interview was her personal goal.
“At that time, it was right for me to leave and pursue something else that I was very passionate about school. Something I was putting on hold for a long time,” she said.
In 2005, she came back in the Philippines to once again exhibits her dancing skills through her own TV show: “Stardance: The Search for the Next Dance Idol.”
But after several years in showbiz, Vanessa has reportedly gone back to her homeland Canada, where she still accepts modeling jobs and some commercial advertisement.
The latest news about her is she’s currently working as a Sales Manager at Wayfair Club in Canada.
