Ai Ai Delas Alas revealed Reasons why she Resigns as EX-Battalion’s Manager

Comedy Queen, Ai Ai Delas Alas recently announced in a press conference her resignation as the manager of the famous hip hop group Ex Battalion. She also revealed the reasons why she would no longer finish her two-year contract with the group.
According to her, she couldn’t take it any longer receiving disrespect from the members and their “unprofessionalism” when it comes to work commitments.
“Ang akin ‘yung professionalism and ‘yung how they treat people. How they treat me. Kung papaano nila ako tratuhin, ‘yun ‘yung sa akin,” she said.
She also mentioned that the members of the group were losing their respect to her and to other people.
“Yon, minsan walang respeto. Hindi nila ako sinusunod. Actually, matagal na ako dapat magre-resign,” Delas Alas said.
Based on her story, there were instances that some of the members supposedly didn’t show up to their gigs and some even left the group without proper notice.
The last time this thing happened was when the group did not show up in the ‘miting de avance’ of PDP-Laban senatorial candidate and former special assistant to the president, Bong Go.
“Ayaw na nilang kumanta kasi nagalit ‘yung isa, nagwala sa chat dahil si Daryl [Ruiz, a.k.a Skusta Clee] eh wala, ayaw mag-perform. Ewan ko kung nasaan siya. Eh si Mark [Maglasang, a.k.a Bossx1ne], alam naman natin na bigla na lang din nawala, biglang nag-quit ng grupo. So, anong gagawin ko? Eh siyempre, naiyak na lang ako,” Delas Alas said.
She also expressed her regrets in handling them and even called them “Pasaway.” She admitted that some of their members have a good attitude, but majority of them showed improper attitude towards work and on how they would treat her as a manager.
Delas Alas added that she has planned of letting go of the group long before, but because they’re filming a movie, it was just recently when she finally left the group.
Ex Battalion rose to fame with their hit songs, “Need You,” “South Boys and “Hayaan Mo Sila,” with music video racking up 60 million views on YouTube.
Meanwhile, members of the Ex Battalion group have not aired their side regarding the issue.
